
I wanted to write to you with some key information for reopening on Monday 17th May, which are set out below for your reference.
We are excited and ready to get fully back to business on Monday 17th, doing what we do best – supplying great products and providing customer excellence.
As mentioned in our previous communications, we have been working hard creating a broad range of fantastic new products and solutions that we will be rolling out in the coming weeks to ensure we continue to support you for the reopening period and throughout the remainder of this year. We will be contacting you shortly with further details of our product plans.
Our knowledgeable and experienced Customer Service Team are available for you throughout the reopening period, and to offer additional assistance and support we have extended our opening hours during this reopening period. From today, our Customer Service Team will be available from 8am until 6pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 4pm Saturday and Sunday. Our extended hours will be in place from today and until 31st May, then revert to our usual hours of operation, Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm, Saturday and Sunday 10am until 4pm. Our Customer Service Team can be contacted on 01636 677425.
With regards to billing and rental charges, these will recommence Monday 17th May however no invoices will become due until Tuesday 1st June at the earliest, thereafter billing will resume in the usual way. Last, and by no means least, we have arranged an exclusive Blueprint event for our customers week commencing 24th May. We will be announcing further details very soon – please keep your eyes peeled!
