By going direct and providing customers with a dedicated Account Management resource, Blueprint want to help optimise customers’ gaming machine revenue.

Blueprint Operations has today announced a major restructure of its corporate account management and sales functions by offering operators the opportunity to buy direct. The restructure, which has already been implemented, will enable customers to fully optimise their gaming machine income drawing on the support a dedicated Blueprint Account Management resource.

David Purvis, Managing Director of Blueprint Operations, explained: “We continue to listen carefully to our customers and have implemented a new structure that allows a convenient direct relationship between ourselves and our customers. We believe our new structure will help us provide an unrivalled level of support that will facilitate better communication of product developments and much more with our customers. We are looking forward to a positive close to what has been a very challenging 2021 and believe that our new structure places us in great shape for a very prosperous 2022.”

Purvis also believes that potential changes to the Gambling Act and parallel advances in technology amplify the importance of establishing a new and more effective working structure. “With advances such as age verification and electronic wallets our product offering is becoming more complex. The review of the Act may add to this complexity if the industry is successful in achieving some of its ‘asks’ such as the ability to offer modern payments methods and linked jackpots. As part of our preparations for how to best work in the future it’s clear that we must have closer relationships with our customers that goes beyond simply the sales and rental transaction. We have put in place an excellent and knowledgeable customer sales resource who know the product offering inside out and who are committed to delivering a ‘best in class’ service.”
