Blueprint Machines has been busy upscaling over the past few months to ensure it remains committed to its loyal customer base. The additional headcount in both the Aftersales and Content teams ensures that the business is aligned to react to the needs of the growing market – especially when it comes to delivery of new content and software support.

Introducing the team:

Tom Barff – Customer Support Administrator
“I have worked at Blueprint for four years, first as a games tester before joining customer support. I really enjoyed helping with the Mecca and Buzz Bingo installs but every day at Blueprint is great because of the people who work here.”

Harry Hulse – Customer Support Administrator
“I have been working at Blueprint since January 2016, originally in the Testing department for our Online side of operations. I moved over to the after-sales team of the land-based division in July 2017. One of the most memorable parts of my job has been helping to install Aurora machines and our remote MARS system on a cruise ship in Spain. It was great to be trusted with our first ever off-shore MARS installation.”

Mateusz Stanislawski – Customer Support Administrator
“I am only in my 3rd week at Blueprint, previously I worked for 7 years with Dixons Carphone /Currys PC World as a laptop and computer engineer. So far, I am really enjoying my work at Blueprint as there is a great atmosphere between colleagues. I also like the fact that it is a fast-moving environment, so every day is different.”

Jim Bach – Content Support Supervisor
