In an initiative designed to consolidate its position as the industry’s leading operator-centric manufacturer Blueprint Operations has announced a restructure of its sales team.
The changes, which have been completed ahead of Blueprint’s appearance at October’s ACOS exhibition has seen Harry Hulse and Laura Norton assume the newly created posts of Senior Account Managers reporting directly to Head of Product James Ferguson.
In a further development Rhys Hussain has joined May Cudlipp and Jon O’Hara as Blueprint’s Account Managers. Rhys has moved from the operational side of the business and boasts hands-on knowledge and experience of AGC machine management.
Outlining how the changes will benefit Blueprint’s customers Managing Director Andy Tipple said: “The new structure deepens our expertise across every gaming sector at the same time as providing additional resource that is in line with the on-going growth of our customer base.
“Rather than simply be a voice on the phone we pride ourselves on being present in the field and able to speak with authority about operational issues.
“The addition of Rhys Hussain certainly strengthens Blueprint’s status as the most experienced and talented sales team in the industry and I look forward to engaging with the market at ACOS.”
He added: “As an extension of our customer specific strategy to new machine sales ACOS will see us introduce a fresh approach to how new content is launched.
“Alongside the proven portfolio that will be shown at ACOS a number of brand-new titles will be available via a PIN-protected demo system. The initiative is designed to give operators an exclusive insight to the very latest concepts with game play features and strategies explained by a member of the sales team.
“This more granular approach to the presentation of content will help operators make the purchasing decisions which will impact machine income and profitability.”
Reviewing Blueprint’s first half of the year Tipple confirmed: “Our trading results have been very strong and have seen a large number of new and lapsed customers investing in Blueprint machines.
“In particular the Velocity cabinet has surpassed all of our expectations. By the time we get to ACOS we will have shipped more than 2,500 units to the market, underlining the huge success of our Cat C strategy.”
