You have a choice between having your returns collected from your site via UPS, or by dropping your returns at a designated DHL drop off spot.

What paperwork do I need to include in my parcel?
Please include a copy of the original delivery note you received with your item(s) and, a completed parts fault form if applicable.

What do I do if I missed a courier collection?
If you happen to miss a courier at your site, don’t worry, we’ll try again the next day. Every collection booked through the Blueprint Return Portal includes 3 free collection attempts directly from your site.
Do you have a UPS Returns Portal Policy?
Yes. If you are looking to return your item(s) we are here to help, we offer free returns via our Returns Portal or alternatively you can return your item(s) via your own means using a courier of your choice.
How do I pack my return?
- Wrap your item carefully with appropriate protection such as bubble wrap/foam. You could use the original packaging/wrap/foam supplied on delivery if it has remained in a good condition.
- Pack the empty space around your item(s).
- No dimensional limits apply, but each parcel must weigh less than 40kg, be safe to handle, and able to pass through standard access points. If you are unsure about parcel restrictions, please contact our Customer Service Department on 01636 677425 and select option 2, or alternatively email csd@bpops.co.uk.
- Enclose a copy of the original delivery note you received with your item(s) and, a completed parts fault form if applicable.
- Seal your parcel with tape ensuring all openings and corners are secure.
- There is no need to print a label, UPS will bring everything required on the day of collection.
Where can I drop my parcels?
The new service doesn’t require you to take your parcel anywhere. Once you’ve booked your return, the courier will arrive the next working day to collect your parcel directly from your site.
Do I need to print the label?
No, there’s no need to print anything. The UPS courier will bring the label and all required details on the day of collection.
How can I track my return?
You can track your return parcel here by entering the tracking number provided on your email confirmation or receipt.
Are any product excluded from the returns?
No dimensional limits apply, but parcels must be safe to handle and able to pass through standard access points. Each parcel must weigh less than 40kg. If you are unsure about parcel restrictions, please contact our Customer Service Department on 01636 677425 and select option 2, or alternatively email csd@bpops.co.uk.

Yes. If you are looking to return your item(s) we are here to help, we offer free returns via our Returns Portal or alternatively you can return your item(s) via your own means using a courier of your choice.
Which return address do I select?
For all USBs, dongles & SSDs please select Blueprint head office – Newark, for all other parts please select blueprint service centre – Droitwich.
How do I pack my return?
- Wrap your item carefully with appropriate protection such as bubble wrap/foam. You could use the original packaging/wrap/foam supplied on delivery if it has remained in a good condition.
- Pack the empty space around your item(s).
- Ensure the package does not exceed the maximum dimensions of 120cm x 90cm x 60cm and weighs no more than 20kg. If the parcel exceeds this, please contact our Customer Service Department on 01636 677425 and select option 2 or alternatively email csd@bpops.co.uk
- Enclose a copy of the original delivery note you received with your item(s) and, a completed parts fault form if applicable.
- Seal your parcel with tape ensuring all openings and corners are secure.
- If you wish to print your returns label attach this to your parcel, if using the QR code on drop off, we will label the parcel for you.

You can track your return parcel here by entering the tracking number provided on your email confirmation or receipt at drop off.
Are any product excluded from the returns?
Parts returnable through the DHL portal must fit in a box with maximum dimensions of 120cm x 90cm x 60cm and weigh no more than 20kg*.
*Monitors should be sent by your own means with special instructions due to the size and fragility of part.
