Blueprint to demonstrate product, people, purpose and pride at showcase EAG Expo

The primary purpose of sector leading business events such as EAG is to provide a platform for the launch of new product. Whilst citing Blueprint’s record-breaking Velocity cabinet which has sold 3,500 units since being unveiled at EAG 2005 as a case in point Director of Operations Nadia Timofeev believes the show goes beyond just product and provides a window on the organisation, its people and its values.

EAG’s reputation for launching the industry’s most significant game-changing products has been underlined with confirmation that Blueprint Operations (BPO) will be using the show to celebrate the success of its record-breaking Velocity Cabinet. Launched at the 2025 edition of EAG the Velocity has gone on to sell an unprecedented 3,500 units making it the company’s most successful cabinet of all time.

Whilst acknowledging EAG’s importance as the platform to unveil game-changing new products Blueprint’s Director of Operations, Nadia Timofeev believes that EAG also fulfils a broad range of company-wide objectives. She explained : “There’s no doubt that EAG provides a window on the organisation, its values, its people and its processes all of which contribute to the development of record-breaking products such as the Velocity.”

She added: “Our company mission is to create exceptional gaming experiences through innovation, partnerships, and commitments that help guide everyday decision-making.

“For example, we prioritise long-term customer trust over short-term wins and teams are expected to think ‘operator-first’ in every interaction. Responsibility means high standards across areas such as compliance, safer gambling, data integrity, and internal controls which shape how we build products and how we work. This mission is also reflected in how departments communicate, solve problems together, and focus on continuous improvement rather than ‘quick fixes.’ Innovation is part of the daily rhythm from product development to smarter systems, improved support structures, and investing in our people.”

Several BPO managers have completed the executive personal development programme provided by the MERKUR UK Slot Academy and the company is committed to creating clear career development paths across departments.

“EAG is one of the few moments each year when we meet a huge concentration of our customers and the culture that’s in operation behind the scenes directly shapes the experience we deliver on the stand” confirmed Nadia Timofeev.

“Investment in people ensures that staff feel confident, informed, and able to represent the Blueprint brand with pride. A strong internal culture creates a unified approach, consistent messaging, shared standards, and a positive atmosphere that customers pick up instantly in a high-pressure environment such as that experienced at EAG.

“All of these skill-sets and aptitudes will come into their own at January’s EAG where we want customers to have confidence not just in our products but also in our people who deliver the industry defining service that Blueprint is famous for.”
