Blueprint Operations (BPO) has confirmed that it will be taking full advantage of the forthcoming Autumn Coin-Op Show which it believes delivers a raft of opportunities in addition to showcasing its latest product innovations.
Andy Tipple who will be celebrating the second edition of ACOS since becoming Managing Director of the market-leading machine brand explained: “Bringing operators together at an event such as ACOS is an opportunity to have so many different conversations with customers. The Blueprint stand will feature the dedicated Technical Area which we introduced at January’s EAG. Such was the response from operators hungry for the latest technical insights, dedicated support, and information on the latest product features that the Area is now an essential part of our exhibition presence.”
The Technical Area will be populated with team members who are experts in Blueprint Connect, the central server which provides automatic remote updates as part of an operator’s game content agreement. Operators visiting the Blueprint Technical Area will have access to the latest insights on issues such as age verification technology as well as receive advice on machine components and software updates.
Andy Tipple noted: “We will be talking our customers through the many benefits of Blueprint Connect. The remote update facility keeps machines running on the right software version every day of the year. This is vital from both a security and an income optimisation perspective ensuring that operators are offering their customers the best and the latest games. In addition, running the right software version means significantly reduced downtime which will impact bottom-line profits.”
“There will also be a jumbo version of the highly popular Blueprint Assist App which provides operators with comprehensive technical support 24/7. The tech team will be on hand to demonstrate the full power of the App including used machine information, machine manuals and the range of commonly asked questions that the App can provide solutions to.”
