Tamar Gaming hails Blueprint’s ‘hand‑in‑hand’ partnership strategy as BPO machine revenues continue to climb

The impact of Blueprint’s ‘best in breed’ products combined with an unstinting commitment to consultancy-based expert insight has been put into sharp focus following feedback from Tamar Gaming.

The south west-based operator, whose relationship with Blueprint Operations developed as consumer-facing businesses battled their way through the existential threat posed by COVID-19, has seen it invest in over 200 BPO cabinets including the Ultramax, Velocity and Revolution models.

Expanding on the partnership Tamar Gaming Managing Director Andy Pearse confirmed: “We have been trading directly with Blueprint since 2021.  In what is a highly competitive market the BPO product line represents outstanding value and the gaming content has consistently outperformed that of other manufacturers – hence the dominance of the Blueprint brand.“

Highlighting the value of the consultancy style approach adopted by the Blueprint team he added: “I enjoy a great relationship not just with my account manager May Cudlipp but also with the entire team including MD Andy Tipple. “We operate mainly in the free trade sector and the relationship with BPO has developed over the years to the point where we work hand-in-hand to provide a premium product at affordable prices for Tamar Gaming customers, in the process helping them to maximize their profits.

“In terms of our AGC operation the relationship has meant that we’ve been able to continue to invest in the business confident in the knowledge that our machine revenues will continue to grow.”

Confirming BPO’s commitment to the low-stake land-based sector, May Cudlipp stated: “Working with operators of all sizes demonstrates that we are committed to helping the entire industry.

“We demonstrate that commitment through site visits with our customers as well as regular machine and content performance reviews. With Tamar specifically, we’ve worked hard to ensure that investments are mutually beneficial and create long-term value which in turn encourages repeat business.

“Tamar’s growth over the last 30-months, which has been powered by their investment in 200+ BPO cabinets is a case study of how our customer-centric partnership approach works.

“The BPO buy direct strategy enables us to build genuine partnerships with operators based on a high level of ongoing support. Providing a dedicated account manager means customers have direct access to expertise, performance insights underpinned by regular site visits. The strong relationship we have developed with Tamar is a powerful endorsement of that approach.”
