Blueprint Praise for ‘Unique’ Park Avenue Open Day

Blueprint Operations (BPO) has issued a ringing endorsement of the Park Avenue Open Day describing it as a unique mid-year gathering on the domestic calendar and for representing an historic part of the UK industry.

Reflecting on what the event brings to the business BPO Managing Director Andy Tipple said: “It’s true to say that whilst Park Avenue will never be an event at which team members are rushed off their feet or where business is brisk – I have to say that as an information exchange it is invaluable.

“Really understanding the market and the challenges being faced by operators sit at the core of the Blueprint business and in my experience, there are few better opportunities to progress the dialogue with customers than at Park Avenue. I believe that our industry is at its very best when it comes together and talks product and the opportunity to share operator insights and observations helps us to deliver player-centric gaming solutions and in the process maximise the earning potential of Blueprint products.”

Expanding on the conversations that took place in London NW10 and the feedback received, BPO Senior Account Manager, May Cudlipp stated: “There was a lot of positive discussion surrounding Blueprint’s content roadmap and future releases, with operators keen to hear about what’s coming next. The feedback aligned with the strong early performance we’ve seen from Monsters Fortune, and the Maradona games giving us further confidence in our content strategy and direction of travel.  Maradona has been performing extremely well since it was launched 26 May and we expect that to build as machine players engage with the World Cup particularly if England or Scotland go deep into the competition.”

She added: “While regulatory changes and the delay progressing the reforms recommended in the White Paper remain an understandable cause of frustration the general feeling was that businesses are continuing to invest and operate as normal while the industry awaits clarity. Licensing challenges and social responsibility undertakings were also topics of conversation, particularly in relation to the difficulties that are being experienced with LA approvals. Overall, the mood at Park Avenue was positive, with a sharp focus on investment, innovation and building future growth.”
