Operators from across Blueprint’s growing customer base are using the brand’s high specification showroom as a ‘dynamic product resource hub’, according to the company’s Director of Product and Sales, James Ferguson.
Launched in September the showroom provides a 12-month a year opportunity for operators to sample and access the entire range of Blueprint games and engage with Blueprint’s product experts.
“The showroom is a key investment which underpins our commitment to provide operators with a tailored consultancy-style service” stated James Ferguson. “We want our customers to be comfortable with their purchasing decisions and the showroom provides a relaxed environment where the team can walk them through the current product line-up, demonstrate the latest content developments and provide sneak previews of upcoming releases. It provides the opportunity for customers to meet the developers, the product specialists, the operations team, and the commercial leads who together are responsible for delivering the very best products on the market.”
Rather than replace or replicate the trade show experience, Blueprint is utilising its showroom as an extension of its conventional face-to-face marketing undertakings. “The space has been created in order to continue the conversations which may have started on our exhibition stand” confirmed Fergusson. “This was very much the case in the weeks following ACOS when customers who spent time with us in London came to Newark often accompanied by colleagues who hadn’t attended the show.
“In the showroom we are able to have more detailed conversations, extended demos and more personalised walkthroughs. It’s the perfect opportunity for customers to make hands-on evaluations, discuss bespoke solutions and compare all of the options open to them in one place. It’s a resource that customers can also access at business-critical times such as when they are launching a new venue, undertaking a refurbishment or deciding to refresh their gaming floor.”
