Blueprint Operations, part of the MERKUR UK family of gaming brands, has announced an important new feature which will form part of its high profile presence at January’s EAG Expo.
Operators attending the show which takes place 16th – 18th January at ExCeL London will have access to the first Blueprint Tech-Hub, an initiative dedicated to helping businesses maximise the cash-box earnings from their Blueprint machine portfolio.
Andy Tipple who took over as Managing Director of Blueprint Operations in September, believes that manufacturers have a responsibility to support their customers by helping to keep their machines earning money 24/7.
He stated: “As well as providing operators with a consistent pipeline of outstanding content housed in the industry’s very best and most contemporary cabinets we are also committed to supporting those products once they are sited.
“EAG is the biggest annual representation of the UK industry and we will be using the platform to provide access to our team of Blueprint technical experts.
“Drawing on my personal background I know the importance of doing everything possible to maximise machine ‘uptime’ and the Tech- Hub is just part of our investment in keeping machines operational, connected and generating income on behalf of our customers.”
He added: “The Tech-Hub follows the launch of the Blueprint Assist App which was described by one of our customers as a ‘Help Desk in your pocket.’ Once again my experience confirms how vitally important it is to be able to provide engineers with access to the information required to repair a machine outside of the conventional working day.”
“The advantage we have over our competitors is the ability to draw on the experience of our operational sister companies and that’s the area I am squeezing most for knowledge, insight and feedback for the betterment of our growing customer-base."
