Blueprint team clock-up the miles as popular Roadshow heads south

An invaluable opportunity to spend quality time with our customers’ is how Blueprint Operations Director of Sales and Account Management, Nicola Wallbank described the first week of the company’s 2023 Roadshow which opened in Glasgow on September 4th prior to taking in Haydock (6th September) and Birmingham (7th September). The second week of the annual initiative will see the Blueprint Roadshow team continue its journey south with stops scheduled for the seaside resorts of Skegness on the 11th followed by  Great Yarmouth on the 12th.

Reviewing Blueprint’s first week on the road Nicola added: “Our customers have really appreciated the fact that we are getting out into the market armed with the best income earning machines and cabinets available together with a team of Blueprint experts who know how to maximise revenues.

“With what can be described as the ‘traditional sales function’ becoming increasingly consultative in its nature each and every chance to spend time discussing in quite granular detail how operators are able to get the very best out of their investment has to be grasped.”

Blueprint’s Director of Sales and Account Management is keen to stress the value of having an open dialogue with customers.  She explained: “We’ve learned so much from listening to operators and getting their feedback on products such as Bullion Bars, Wave+, Auroramax+, Ultramax, Alphamax and the Alpha Trio. Quite often it’s what on the surface appear to be seemingly modest tweaks to a cabinet that can make an important difference to income. Any manufacturer or games creator who fails to listen and learn from their customers is missing a trick.

“Everything that we learn on the Roadshow is documented and fed back into the various development teams whether its game or cabinet related.”

“This is our third national Roadshow and the number of operators participating grows each year. Customers are hungry for information, hungry to receive insight from our product and technical experts and hungry to ensure that they are ahead of the game.”

“We are all looking forward to our coastal stop-offs in Skegness and Great Yarmouth followed with the ‘by appointment’ gatherings with south coast operators during week commencing 18th September.”
