This role sits within the Operations Team and reports directly to the Operations Manager. The main purpose of this role is to identify, develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures within the business. This entails close collaboration with cross-functional teams and ongoing project management efforts to ensure the effectiveness and relevance of SOPs across various business functions.

• Development of system software for the Blueprint machines (“shell” level software) Evaluation of new PC systems
• Supporting Applications for our machine accountancy systems
• Fault evaluation and rectification during Development and Quality Assurance phases of testing
• Integration of new hardware peripherals using supplied specifications, development kits and dialogue with suppliers

The role sits within the BPO Warehouse at Supplier Service Centre Droitwich and reports directly to the Warehouse Manager. The main purpose of this role is to ensure safe and efficient receipt, storage, and despatch of parts to meet business operational needs and customer demand.
