Andy Tipple: ‘Ireland represents a major market opportunity on Blueprint’s door step’

Blueprint Operations Managing Director Andy Tipple has welcomed Ireland’s Gambling Regulation Bill, describing it as representing ‘a valuable opportunity for Blueprint’s best in class products in what is an important new market.’

Speaking from the Blueprint stand at the Irish Show which featured a video speech by Anne-Marie Caulfield, CEO of the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland, Andy Tipple said: “The new and long awaited Gambling Regulation Bill is the country’s first regulatory update since 1956 and follows nearly two decades of planning and the involvement of six successive ministers.

“It creates a major opportunity for Blueprint’s portfolio of products in a market which is on our door step.  We appreciate that it will take some time for all the component parts of new legislation to be introduced such a as technical standards and we will be incorporating them into our design road map as they are confirmed.”

Switching attention to Blueprint’s show attendance he added: “The Irish Show represented an opportunity to meet with operators – many of whom we already know – and to update them on our cabinets and games.

“Operators and players in every market demand choice and we will be bringing a library of well recognised and extremely successful game titles that will be familiar to those who play online.

“We look forward to working with the industry in Ireland and brining our top earning machines to the market.”
