Blueprint Operations’ status as a major long-term contributor to the profitability of venues across all of the UK’s land based gambling entertainment sectors has been put into sharp focus with news that the brand has completed its 40,000th machine sale. The milestone has been achieved since Blueprint entered the UK market in 2011.
In a further testimony to the durability of the range Blueprint confirmed that 32,000 (80 percent) of the total number of machines produced are still in operation across single site, Motorway Service Areas, AGC and bingo.
Reflecting on the landmark Blueprint Operations Managing Director Andy Tipple said: “This is a powerful vindication of our commitment to and support for operators across every sector of the UK land based industry.
“Our starting point is that we recognise that operators have choice. Every sale has to be earned which means delivering a best in class build quality courtesy of the MERKUR factory in Germany, engaging with and always listening to the requirements of our customers, as well as maintaining a non-negotiable and consistent investment in R&D.”
He added: “Each development meeting that we hold is an exploration of what we can do to help build machine income on behalf of our customers. In the same way that car manufacturers focus on the driver our focus is on the machine player and delivering an immersive and compelling experience by addressing every single touchpoint that players have with a Blueprint machine.
“In a representation of Blueprint’s unswerving commitment to innovation our 40,000th machine sale was the new Velocity cabinet which is revolutionising and redefining the single site gaming experience courtesy of bespoke content and the ground-breaking V-Deck.
“We continue to invest across every part of the R&D process and I am delighted that the market is benefitting from the commitments that we are making.”
