Blueprint Operations has confirmed the signing of partnership agreements with Berkshire-based Wessex Coin Limited and Aztec Coin Equipment Limited from Cheshire.
The agreements which were completed shortly before the EAG, sees both organisations become partner distributors for factory approved used cabinets such as the Blueprint Genie, Aurora and Alphastar.
Explaining the purpose behind the partnership agreements which do not include content subscriptions, Nadia Timofeev, Blueprint Operations Director of Operations said: “The Blueprint sales strategy has been to focus on new models and content development. The success achieved by building a dominant market share across Pub, AGC and Bingo has generated a robust secondary market for middle tier Blueprint machines many of which have been part of trade-in agreements. The resulting pipeline of quality used product adds to the commercial viability of the machine sales market.
“Aztec and Wessex two well-known and trusted names in the business represent important additions to the Blueprint sales infrastructure. They provide an effective and proven route to the middle tier market and have the capability to deliver to anywhere in Great Britain.”
She added: “We are also very aware that customers such as those with seasonal businesses which don’t benefit from 52 weeks a year trading may not want new product but still have a desire to freshen-up their gaming floor. In these situations, we want to be able to meet their requirements by enabling them to purchase outstanding used product from a known source that’s also approved by Blueprint.
“The partnerships will enable our Newark based sales team to retain a sharp focus on new product and for Blueprint to build market share in the used sector by meeting the needs of all operators.”
